Engaged by FDC Construction and Fitout (VIC), Dynamix E&C refurbished 4 levels of one of Melbournes oldest buildings on the corner of King st and Collins st for an IT Co Working space,
The program was only 6 weeks from demolition to Practical Completion so the team had to work hard and alongside other trades to ensure the IT professionals had a seat to sit on come time to move out of their out of lease space.
